Also they do not follow the employee handbook they hand out at orientation and do not accommodate for light duty if needed even with a doctors not even if only for a week when returning from leave.
Management is abusive towards staff and if u do choose to work here if you need to report abuse neglect or anything save yourself the heartache and just call state right away because if you try reporting anything to the ED or anyone nothing will be done and they will pull you in the office to scold u for reporting. DO NOT WORK HERE! you will get hurt in the end! This job promises all these benefits but does not live up to those benefits like they promise they sweep physical emotional verbal and other types of abuse within the facility under the rug.
